We know legal documents are usually about as exciting as watching paint dry. However, your data is a big deal. We’ve broken this down into plain English so you know exactly what’s happening behind the scenes.
We don’t sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to your boss, not to anyone.
We only collect what we need to make the app work (like your email and task lists).
You’re in control. You can export or delete your data whenever you want.
We aren't digital hoarders. We only keep what helps you get things done.
Account Info: Your name and email address. We use this to keep your tasks synced across your devices.
Your Content: The tasks, notes, and deadlines you create. (Obviously—it’s a task app!)
Usage Data: We see which features are popular (and which ones are duds) so we can make the app better. This is anonymized.
We use your data to:
Provide the service you signed up for.
Send you "Gentle Reminders" (if you've turned them on).
Stop bad actors from breaking things.
We do NOT:
Use your tasks to target you with ads.
Read your private notes for fun.
It’s your data; we’re just the custodians. At any point, you can:
Download everything: Take your data and run. We provide a clean CSV export.
Correction: If we spelled your name wrong, you can fix it in Settings.
The "Self-Destruct" Button: You can delete your account at any time. Once you hit delete, your data is scrubbed from our active servers within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption to keep your data safe. Think of it like a digital vault. While no system is 100% unhackable (anyone who says otherwise is selling something), we work around the clock to keep the walls high and the locks tight.
